If you’d like to stock OMni products in your store (online or bricks & mortar), that would be fabulous! I can customise a quote for you with quantities from 30+ units. I also have discounted rates for high volume orders. Simply email me with your business name, details of your store, your contact details, and the products/quantities that you're interested in.
Are the products really 100% natural?
Yes, OMni products are 100% natural, including natural colouring agents. They are all free from synthetic ingredients including parabens, petrochemicals, artificial fragrances and colours.
Being natural means there can be sometimes be a variation in colour from one production run to the next, or on the very rare occasion a small granule from the natural colour that hasn’t broken down in the mixing process can be found in a pot.
Where do the ingredients come from?
OMni ingredients are sourced from New Zealand, Australia, Samoa, Thailand, China, the USA and France, since its not possible to source all the ingredients from within NZ. Hopefully this will change in the future! However the fabulous formulas and the manufacture of the final delicious products is all done right here in Auckland.
If it’s natural, will it last?
All OMni products have a shelf life of 3 years, and once opened are good to go for 12 months. But I’m sure you’ll love them so much they won’t be last that long! It is recommended OMni products are stored at 25 degrees Celsius or less to maintain their integrity.
What shipping services do you use?
All orders are shipped using Courier Post (within NZ).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once dispatched, orders generally take around 2-5 days to reach your address, depending on your location.
OMni products can be purchased using the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Laybuy (for New Zealand customers only).
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
I hope you LOVE your OMni purchase however if you are not completely satisfied please do get in touch with me via email. If your OMni product is faulty upon arrival I will send a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of the faulty product. The return shipping costs are payable by those wanting a refund for a change of mind or exchange. If you have any concerns or queries about your OMni product please do reach out to me at email@example.com and I will respond within 24 hours.
